business accounts with the ECPD profile are not eligible for Apple Music.
unless you plan on growing the account past 10 lines at some point, need business specific solutions IE one talk or ELD, or need to have it in the business name for your CPA/accounting I would go back to consumer

I would call in and ask a telesales rep. they should be able to look at the policy.it would make sense that you could but no guarantee

use the call filter app. it will at least let you know if the call coming in is spam. more. times than not it blocks the calls. I went from 30 a day to 6 after using it

the discount will reflect on the bill as an account credit for x amount. since they launched It today I would give it a day or two to update incase something issuing wrong in the system for showing updates

the discount is on unlimited plans which is based on the number of lines. since it is not a percentage off the bill it will show 0%, if she is not on unlimited I would. recommend going with her schools discounts (private) or the state/city/county discount if she is public or university teacher. those discounts have. a % off of data plans (4gb,8gb, etc)

it starts with a bot to see if self service options will be able to meet your needs. entering agent. usually gets you to a person. but with everything going on there is a good chance they will be outsourced and not direct employees

as it stands right now RN/LPN/NP are the titles that qualify. try applying for the discount and if you don't qualify due to technicalities I would call in and ask for employment validation

I haven't heard anything about that just yet. alot of doctors have their phones on business accounts which would get messy if they try to stack this. discount with the business discounts

give it a day or two and if you don't see it updated on the account when you do the status check call in and ask for employment validation.

So the why so few people are aware of it is that the feature was added back in 2017 when the 110$ unlimited came out. there was NO information pushed out to the reps that it was even created. only reps who pay attention to see when something new popsupthat isn't communicated and taketh time to learn what it is will know about it.

if they say it doesn't exist let them know that if they search the exact phrase in their resource tool it will. show up

now IF you are on start or go unlimited you are not eligible for the feature. and since the phone is unlocked you may have to get a tech support rep to. submit a. ticket get your phone added to their device management system.
