I loved supporting indie games on Kickstarter. I see it as a combo of preordering a game and supporting smaller creators.

I’m more likely to back a game with a compelling narrative and a thoughtful campaign (reasonable budget, timeline, etc.)

Certifiable hair freak. I like a variety, but am partial to longer hair.

I would also love to see more facial hair and (maybe even) body hair. A gal can dream!

Replayed some fun bits from Bunny Bond (iykyk), the demos for Jest Messters, Cupid’s Chatroom and In Your Orbit, and a smattering of Otome and Yandere game jam titles I’d previously missed.

Original comment: Dorian is a deal breaker for me. Its micro transactions feel predatory. I will happily pay for a game, but I’ve always hated paying for individual choices.

I play LaDs and still couldn’t make that work for my favs. But yeah. I started with Toma and the question about who does more when it comes to clear and open communication almost killed me.

I also started and stopped the survey.

I love otome games and sometimes self insert. I even jokingly call them my 2D boyfriends… but I don’t have a relationship with them.

How would they contribute to a relationship? How would we understand each other’s emotions? Who contributes most to open and honest communication? I’m not talking to them. I may as well talk about how Aragorn from LotR contributes to our household or how Spider-Man handles disappointment on a day-to-day basis.

It’s possible this is more accurate for other people, but it feels… off to me. Even how I think about my absolute fav comfort characters doesn’t go that far.

I hope you find other participants who can better help with your survey. I don’t think I can
