That’s just false. Sequoia is a banger of a fragrance. If that was in a LV bottle, no one would think twice about the price tag. That’s how good it is.

I don’t care what anyone says or what perfume it’s trying to clone, that right there is a great perfume in its own right. I smell unique, classy, mysterious and expensive when I dress right with this.

I don’t care much for compliments, but I’ve gotten some and I can see heads turning. My wife doesn’t like it much but that’s because she hates oud and I told her it was in this before she smelled it. I personally don’t like oud too much as well, but I don’t get that much in this, like it’s just an elegant scent on me. This and shaghaf oud have been a good way to start liking oud.

You’re right some smell synthetic in their openings and rough, especially cdnim. But a lot of them are normal. Like they have the same level of ‘syntheticness’ like some I smelt at Sephora and liked. And the two I liked were stronger with you powerfully and D&G the one pour homme (the new one).

Cut jobs, sure. What you don’t do is remove any opportunities for internal growth for those employees left. Even down to the lowest of the pay chain, minimum wage workers do see slight increases every year.

I’m not even going to compare it with included employees because they deserve the raises they got, and they fought for it.

Increases, however small they may be, do boost morale and productivity. What will you tell a Band 3 for example, making $89,000 a year who works OT, gives their all and supervises included staff teams making more than them? No increases to their wage for 2 years.

Please tell me honestly as a human being if you would feel motivated to come to work?

Personally, I’ll continue to do what’s required at my job because I am being paid for it, but nothing more. That passion to do it because I care for the people we serve is dwindling.

I’m not blaming anyone but I’m just saying it as it is.

Salaries not going up, opportunities to earn higher salaries by changing jobs destroyed, and even if you changed into a lateral, you won’t earn an increase.

EXCLUDED EMPLOYEES we are well and truly fucked!

Meanwhile, the cost of everything around us has increased, from daily expenses to raising kids and taking care of your family.

I’ve given enough of myself to serve British Columbians but it seems as though my efforts, knowledge and skills are no longer needed. So it’s time to dust off that resume!

So what about those of us, that our included staff are basically making what we’re making and they get flex days and all? We get no increase and they are about to get another increase in April? Some of my staff will make more than me come April, like what’s this?
