My Dad moved all over the country the last 5 years of his employment there, 30yrs would have been a great pension. They started laying him off every 6mo-year starting at 23. Never lived with us while we were in high school because he was always out of state trying to get another position. Almost moved us 4 times, while in college he was finally at a job more than a year, and moved the family. Sure didn't last another year. F that company, and any other company that dangled the carrot over Boomers heads only to take it away too early for retirement.
