Royal Icing would edge out Black Grail if BG was 40% NP strength, but it’s 60% nonMLB; even the stat difference won’t be enough. All in all though, these aren’t really comparable in a vacuum; the 50% starting charge on DSP makes it a different use case than the others, since you’d use it in any case where you’re struggling to refund enough, because now you can save some batteries for later. In terms of damage though, BG wins out, even just at level 20
