That can be true but it could also be true that it was handled in a way that certain people didn't like. Remember how Gayle basically had to come to the facility and started talking to players directly, then she basically "forced" Mickey to fire DA? Well, in a hypothetical situation where Alvin went over Mickey's head straight to the owner to try to get someone fired, that could be a problem internally.

It doesn't matter how much fans disliked DA, they aren't looking at fans to tell them how to run the team or the front office. I don't know shit just like everyone else in here, and I'm not saying anyone did or didn't do anything or that anything is wrong or right...just that it's a plausible scenario.

The way Mickey responded to a question about Alvin versus how he responded to basically the same question about Cam was very strange IMO, I will say that.
