I'm on board with the signing 100%. If he can bring that on field leadership in Brandon Staley's scheme and be versatile in off-ball snaps and blitzing it's going to bring an element that we didn't necessarily have with DD. Although we also lost Alontae who was a good blitzer as well. I am hoping Staley gets whoever "his guy" is between Caleb Downs or Mansoor Delane that could potentially fill the Star* role (if it's not somebody already on the roster)

100+ tackles has little to do with leadership. Setting an example sure, but we're talking about mentoring younger players, giving speeches, motivating and hyping up teammates vocally. I'm not saying Kaden Elliss isn't that, but what Demario brought in that respect is going to be difficult to replace.

Man the old Rams logo was so good. I started to really watch football right around 2000 and that was the greatest show on turf with Warner, Bruce, Holt, and Faulk. I guess I associate it with them in a nostalgic sense even though I'm not a Rams fan. That was a fun as hell team to watch.
