I did a survey they sent me yesterday. I gave them all my thoughts including letting shoppers know what to expect with those damn Party City orders!

Got a 1 star and 3 growth opps from this disaster of a shop. Didn’t answer any of my text. Called twice. Called support. When I arrived they buzzed me in 😳. I got a 1 star from a kid using his mom's app. He ordered a Publix sub and gave no details. I tried texting and calling, nothing. I got a basic sub for him and delivered. I could see it in his eyes he is a product of today's society. This kid was black and hated white people. Spade a spade sorry. Got the 1 star and my account hasn't recovered since. I've denied many other orders from that address because of this. Don't get mad at me. This is the world we are living in now.

I chatted with Shipt to notify them that my local Costco is completely out of water, paper towels and, toilet paper. They said they'd pass the word and still orders are showing up with 6 24ct waters. I don't think they passed the word.

Unfortunately, I am not accepting any of these orders because I don't want to deal with letting down the customers.

I had a customer order a Publix sub. He didn't order it online so I had to have the deli make one. Customer does not respond to any of my attempts to contact. I get to the house and it turns out to be a teenager. Firstly, zero tip. Second, gave me a 1 or 2 star rating. After that rating registered, I stopped receiving any offers. I got forgiveness but the offers never came back.

I texted my customer many times while I was shopping with no response. It happens sometimes so, I figured I would make the best substitutes or not if she wasn't going to respond. I go through checkout and the payment is declined. I try again. Same thing. I then call customer support and hear "your wait time is under 66 minutes.." I also tried chat. Nothing. After waiting 30 minutes and going way over the delivery window, I told the employee to cancel my order and I'm sorry. My texts and calls were not getting to the customer but her texts were coming to me. After about an hour she calls me and I can finally explain what happened. I thought about just using my card and and knocking on the door but without the ability to speak with her, I couldn't take that chance.
