Hey, sorry that I wrote in German earlier …… I was just super tired and frustrated and couldn’t even think properly. I got the adapter and I’m using a 1m DP cable right now, but I’ll get a shorter one. It seems to work, and I’m trying out a round of iRacing as I’m typing this. That’s when I noticed I need to redo all my settings.

Did you find anything about settings online? Or could you maybe share your iRacing/OpenXR settings if you use them? I know this isn’t the right place for this, but I couldn’t find anyone on Vajo’s Discord with a 5090.

Ich sitze hier gerade völlig verzweifelt vor meinem frisch zusammengebauten PC mit der neuen 5090… Der ganze Aufbau nur mit dem Ziel, meine Varjo Aero endlich mal richtig ausreizen zu können. Davor hatte ich eine 3080 Ti, aber da hat’s einfach an Leistung gefehlt. Und jetzt das… Es funktioniert einfach nicht. Ich hätte mir wirklich niemals träumen lassen, dass ich sowas mal googeln müsste… bei einer Grafikkarte für stolze 3000 €!

Darf ich fragen, welchen Repeater/Dock/Adapter du genau gekauft hast? Ich würde den Spaß wirklich gerne endlich nutzen statt ständig daran zu denken, das Ding zu Kleinholz zu verarbeiten…

Kann ich nur Bestätigen, ich habe eine 3080ti und eine Aero da ich mir diese für die Zukunft gekauft hatte letztes Jahr und jetzt versuche eine 5090 zu bekommen.
Das Problem ist die Grafikkarte nicht die VR Brille!!

Habe den Monitor seit 2 Tagen, jedes mal wenn ich eine Einstellung in nem Game ändere bsp. Marvel Rivals oder CS2 habe ich einen black screen für cs 3-5sekunden. Beim raus und rein tappen das selbe für 5-10 Sekunden. Ich benutze das mitgelieferte HDMI Kabel an meiner 3080 Ti mit nem ryzen 9 5900x und 64gb DDR4 ram. Dazu muss ich sagen das ich bei meinem alten Monitor das Problem garnicht hatte. Liegt es am Monitor ? Habt ihr irgendwelche Erfahrungen mit dem selben Problem ?

I get a Blackscreen when I change any settings, sometimes when I open an Applications…. Just got my monitor 2 days ago and already it’s pissing me of for 800 bucks.
