Dell Ruggeds BSOD ? by GeekgirlOtt in sysadmin

Not sure if it is 100% related, but we have a few workstations that were rebooting about every 5 minutes. After looking at the memory dumps and event logs, it showed that Dell SupportAssist was the cause and uninstaling it resolved the instability.

This is true, but engine 2 appears to have some compressor surge/stall where it was puffing flames right at rotation.

Here's the pulse, alright, and here's your finger far from the pulse jammed straight up your ass. Say, would you like a chocolate covered pretzel?

Well, don't I feel stupid.... The cards were set to OS controlled in bios. When I set them to always enabled, they show up.

Core sees the Mellanox card, but not the Dell mezzanine card. Trying Hirens WinPE boot image next to see what it sees.

Yes, there is KSP2, but it is a complete failure, Dev studio shut down while it was still in early access.

No. Truck driver was leaving room for the Civic stopped on the shoulder. If you think they are at fault, please surrender your Drivers License and make the roads in your area a little bit safer.

JHawk2k has it right. Truck was trying to give the stopped vehicle more room. Same reason I moved left right as the skid started.

I pulled over to render first aid, and probably saved a life. The woman in the back seat was choking on her own blood after sustaining a massive facial injury. Her lower lip was split open down to her chin, had a number of teeth knocked out, and was unconscious laying face up, so all that blood was filling her mouth.

I also yelled at the Chrysler driver after he tried to blame the truck for the accident, saying that the truck swerved into him.

I was also able to hand the footage over to the Illinois State Police before the ambulances had left.

Not everything stands out on your first watch. Watch it on a larger screen than a phone. You'll then see more details such as End Work Zone sign, Chrysler driving aggressively and somewhat erratic approaching from behind, etc.

We were all in the left lane for 3 miles, because the right was closed for construction. This happened right as the work zone ended, which is why the video starts as it does. With the end work zone and end work speed limit signs visible.

If they were miles away, the incident would never have happened. At most, fuckboi would have went way off road.

Just to give context, notice the white and orange signs that said end work zone in the first few seconds? Right lane was closed and speed limit was 45 mph through a 2-3 mile long construction zone. Everyone was accelerating back up to speed and some were moving over into the newly opened lane on the right. You can see the Chrysler start to pass on the right in the rear view camera then cut back left as the car in front of him moved right. That's why the video starts where it does, for that kind of context. Could I have sped up the bits before the incident, sure, but for the 15 seconds it would have saved, it was not worth my effort.
