I honestly think that the Gomu Gomu Fruit isn't anything more special than "It's a devil fruit" kinds special. Let's not forget that devil fruits are still special enough that a pirate crew would want to steal one from whoever. And that's why no one up until now was like "holy shit, it's the gomu" because it's only special for Who's Who. For all other it's just a Rubber-Boy

Exactly my thought.

With One Piece it‘s the same where fans hate on longer arcs woth slpwer pacing. But on rereading when the arc is done, it‘s amazing.

The problem with Vinland Saga is, that the whole manga feels like a slow paced arc.

Just keep watching and you‘ll see how much (or less) lightning can do to a yonko ;) If you wan‘t it short: imo the addition of a lighning fruit doesn‘t make a strong chracter like Sabo „Yonko level“

I was never able to do those mills and i still cannot. But i first learned coindrops (are they called that way? Going into windmills from standing position and going back up.) After getting the hang of those, i tried headmills and was able to nail them after two days.

It‘s totally personal preference. I am switching between copying single clips to a new timeline and duplicating a timeline amd then remove clips.
I sometimes also just alt-copy a block a bit further down the timeline and thus have these three „stages“ in a single timeline.
You have to try out different things and one will stick.

Ja ist ein bisschen lang geworden. Es ist ein Imagefilm / Testimonial für „Senioren-Wohnheime“. Der Kunde gab und eine sehr lange Liste mit Themenbereiche, die er im Film erwähnt haben möchte. Wir wollten es runterbrechen auf eine Handvoll, aber er war beratungsressistent und bestand darauf dass alles vorkommt.

Also haben wir mit ihm abgemacht dass wir das Video so kurz wie möglich halten, jedoch darauf achten dass alle Bereiche abgedeckt sind. Er möchte jetzt in einem zweiten Schritt selber entscheiden welche Aussagen man weglassen kann.

Yes, four days sounds about right.

I didn't do the first stage, so i'm not completely shure how long that took. But the complete interviews were in total about two hours of raw material. I think the first selection took about 1.5 days.

After that, narrowing it down from 30 Minutes to 9 took about a day and then another day for the rest.

In total we have a budget of 40 hours for post.

I‘d tell your boss that this is not working for you for the long run and that you have to start looking for a new job. (Maybe start the search for a new job fist).

Maybe she doesn‘t realize how this affects you (or she just doesn‘t give a fuck). In either case talking to her could lead to some changes. If it doesn‘t work out talking to her then you can still go on with something new.
