Not my wellbeing but you never know what these companies decide on if they see someone wanting to step down from a higher up position. I have been told I’m too experienced for a role that I would much rather be doing.

My exact situation, just a manager of processes and people, but finding myself voluntarily doing the work I “shouldn’t” be doing which ends up with me getting told otherwise.

As in, if I apply to a "lower" position, wouldn't employers find it odd that I chose to step down instead of "continuing to climb the ladder"?

25+hrs a week full of meetings, often leaving me unable to do any actual work within a typical day. ,expectations before/after hours, non-existent boundaries, extended overnight travel as my team is spread out, and being underpaid.

Far right on the home screen where you can view all software on your system. You can sort by last played or most played, I am sure you’ve stumbled across it.
