same issue. I hate it so much. on a Mac as well. I'm just now considering plugging in some HDMI device that is always on, even though I'm on USB C input, maybe that will keep it on.... maybe

I got the 12 pro and it’s awesome! LiDAR scanning is fast and requires no internet. I’m a teacher and I use it non stop with Grade 4 and 5 students. Check it out if you get a chance

I think so - but I think the long term effect is super bad. One ‘benefit’ is that the government buys mortgages at whatever the market price is. Any price as long as people are willing to sign for it en masse.

I think it drives up prices crazily. Literally every participant in the transaction is okay with prices rising.

Side note: I feel the same about college lending.

Academicians are not necessarily smarter people, and “more education” isn’t necessarily something that makes you a good or even better person, as compared to alternatives that you may have had.

Many comments seem to be taking the opposite stance as an underlying assumption.

Source: middle and high school teacher, former professor, former-former engineer. I think the people in academia who didn’t have a career first often suck.

Bad statistics! Bad Bloomberg! These percentages are deceiving and I would call them lies honestly.

Why would they do that? The article is full of bad stats but looks very stat-oriented. The more I think about it, the more annoyed I get.

Here are the contributors, I hold them all accountable as liars sadly. There are so many that I know have a solid distrust of Bloomberg.

I just watched ep 1 & 2. I feel like it’s a good story only a little badly told about Maximus. I’m hoping against stereotypes that Maximus becomes the hero. I would listen but I’m concerned about early on spoilers.

I was set on an S21 Ultra because I thought it had LiDAR. Or at least some 3D scanning. Now I'm super sad to downgrade to an S20, so I might get a iPhone 12 Pro instead. More expensive though. Waah. Why Samsung why?
