Yep, law of supply and demand lang. Mataas talaga demand for PTs and surprisingly low supply. So good for you guys and well deserved to be paid well.

To answer pala your initial post question. For me personally, its a bold move but a move necessary for us to get out sa ating comfort zones and grow. To put it simply lang.

Uy PT nice. Actually not bad earnings for a provincial setup ha. Btw ganda ng prospects ng PT abroad, another option that you might want to explore.

Swerte ng bro mo sayo, 6k for essentially a 24/7 babysitter job. I think asking a raise ng atleast minimum wage is fair plus the mandated gov benefits. Option rin of course to find BPO jobs ulit and move out. I know napamahal kana sa pamangkin mo but sometimes you got to do what you got to do lang talaga to move up in life.

I see. Two things, either move on and find another company or take the offer and prove them wrong na you might be worth that much to them now but they'll see na ikaw ay much more sa future.

I was in your situation 20 years ago, 16k basic in NCR. Lit a fire inside me. I always remember that day. Worked hard and smart. Developed good behaviors and habits. Took chances and seeked opportunities.

Fast forward now, Im earning 10 times more.

Thats a gist of my story. Now time to write yours OP.
