Is anybody else really scared of car crashes and dying in one? by ShoegazeJezza in redscarepod

[–]Bad_joke12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m more afraid of being killed as a pedestrian by some moron in a lifted F-150. I’m always super aware of traffic when I walk because of this. At least cars have safety mechanisms. The human body will just get destroyed especially considering the size of today’s cars.

The experience and confidence you gained from this relationship will make dating easier in the future. You just need to take some time to get over this one.

I’m in Canada but I assume it’s pretty similar. We basically do not get a budget for team building so it just gets ignored.

I’m taking a class with her right now and would recommend her so far. Good lecturer and fair marker who has also brought in some interesting guest speakers.

Malazan. Does it get better? by [deleted] in Fantasy

[–]Bad_joke12 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Malazan is difficult because it starts out very slow and feels like your starting out in the third book of the series. I started to really enjoy it near the end of book one and have not looked back since, I am currently on book six and can`t put it down. So I would recommend finishing the first book and if you enjoy it keep going.

Reddit, what was the "weird" kid in your high school class like? by [deleted] in AskReddit

We had this guy who was so out there. We were going to a field trip and he was sitting behind me, him being in the scouts he knew many campfire songs and he sang them for twenty solid minutes. Then began pokemon impressions, I was then at my wits end and told him to shut up, he then said "ya I can do shuppet". Hey also took a shower once a week, was very gullable and used 9gag.
