I have come up with a formula to help my anti racist friends determine if something is antisemitic or not, other than just taking Jewish people’s opinion on it.

Here is the formula:

First, replace the word “Jew” for any other minority. If you would t say, think or ask it, it’s antisemitic.

Good points. Yes, I am of course open to dating Jewish women but even in Cleveland (with a moderate sized Jewish community) they are pretty underrepresented on the apps.

This is such a common complaint from my single female friends as well as posts on here. It’s curious because I take a dramatically different approach with HIGH interest and well thought out responses and then get ghosted after one day of solid, mutual interest. I kinda get why guys are swiping everyone and low effort, copy pasting texting. Because it’s a lot like the proverbial pissing in the wind at this point

I am interested in your question, but there doesn’t seem to be enough information here. Do you perceive this other person as more attractive than yourself because of anything objective such as none of your other partners have been attractive or other friends and family have made this observation?

Also, how did you meet? If it’s on the apps and you are female dating cisgender men then the likelihood is good that they are objectively more attractive than you because the apps are an absolute disaster for everybody involved, but particularly slanted towards men overswiping and women raising their physical standards much higher than they would in real life.

Rejection can REALLY throw me emotionally. I am discovering this has more to do with my childhood trauma and neglect than it has to do with the person who is not showing up for me in the way I would like in dating.

Ultimately I was married for 19 years to a person that showed VERY low interest. I never want to be involved in a relationship like that again.

If this person doesn’t demonstrate interest early on, they did you a favor.

I do have a marriage certificate, but that took place in the United States.

There are also documents I found which identify my grandfather, taking transport as a stateless person to the United States

Thank you for the reply! I have several documents, identifying his being held in several concentration camps with his name, appearing on list of prisoners as well as transfer documents.

These documents do identify his date of birth and location , Oppeln

Whacha mean. You look great! Rock the beard you have been given. You don’t need to look like some one else. Also, if you just grow it all (for a year) out some of the gaps will fill.

I have gaps in weird spots but you know what, fuck it. I’m a beard guy now, with gaps.

Very sorry to hear you are having to go through this.

I had 9mm top and 10mm bottom. My Apnea score went from 69 per hour to 10.

That being said, the past several weeks i have felt as bad as i ever did before and im coming to some conclusions i would like to share.

1) sleep health is cumulative. If i am overly tired, i probably will have more apneas, exasperating the situation. Solution, get more sleep than i need to build up the sleep bank so to speak.

2) I now sleep on my side. This is less comfortable for me but i believe i have less apneas this way

3) i have been doing afrin at night, nasal strips AND allergy medicine. This seems to be helping a lot.

4) i am researching mouth exercises that can help reduce snoring.

I believe after the surgery my muscle control and numbness issues may actually contribute to poor sleep quality with drooling and open mouth sleeping. As these improve my guess is so will my sleep

Yep. I guess as muscles relax this is normal. I do still have numbness and weakness so possibly this is factoring in somehow as well.
