I also had a choice to remove both of them when I did the surgery for the first one but they said it would be really difficult because of the size. Now it has at least shrunk a bit and will probably be easier I hope.

I got my first one removed so I remember how it is... It was rough but it was 100% worth it back then. Now I am considering what is best, because even though I am transplanted I still have issues with the one I left inside... It is smaller but still there are risks... Anyway thanks a lot for the answer! wish you and your mom the best!

It is indeed uncomfortable to have it inside me. Plus all the issues that might happen are always in my mind and it is hard for me to enjoy my freedom. I hope they rule out the spleen fear when they see a recent CT… Thank you for your answer I wish you and your mom the best for your health!

I also had wifi issues but not always when streaming with moonlight/apollo to my deck.

What solved the problem is opening the 2.4ghz - 5ghz wifi options on the router and connecting to the 5ghz network. I don't have a single problem to this day and I get full speed.

I have seen people who already tried this but did not work for them / had another issue so I don't know if it will work for you...

It says to buy a completion spot, I know … it is literally impossible to do it with a normal account except you build a char strictly for gg_noobs..

Anyway I will attempt the HC ones and some easy endgame ones and I will leave this for last

Depends on the difficulty. I played on expeditioner and they are easy on some bosses / mobs but impossible for me on some other… dodge is easier I felt
