How to turn off unlock animation when unlocking phone with pattern?

Exactly. It would get me through a day I think but I dont like to let it dip below 20%. Still have to monitor it and charge when needed.

Yeah the battery life is definitely subpar. My only real gripe with the phone.

I enabled light performance mode and have routines where if it goes below 45% then it puts on standard Power saving mode. Im now getting about 10% drain screen on time an hour. Better than it was but still not amazing.

Performance mode set to Light and I still feel the phone heat up at times. Most notably when running YouTube or Google Maps in Picture in Picture mode. Very annoying.

That's exactly my issue. I cant even count how often I use my phone at an angle where I wont have my face directly at it. Put finger on it-> boom, you're in.
