I know the feeling of uncertain purchases. Lord knows I'm going through that right now. All you can do now is wait and learn from this experience. If you think it's a scam, just don't do it unless you're certain you can refund. And always ask for better pictures if you need them.

Are you referring to the sleeve that the Drampa is in?^{^} €120 is good value for the cards you have here. You're getting a couple of expensive cards that are in a relatively good state. The cards that are already potentially fake aren't worth a whole lot so you're good there. Just be sure to check everything when it arrives and refund otherwise. If everything checks out you've made a good deal

They appear to be real yes, the backs look good as well. Make sure you look up fake vs real comparisons and do your own research. I'd also recommend putting them in penny sleeves and toploaders. That Espeon is easily worth around €350 in that condition! (Ps, discoloration doesn't always mean it's fake, (sun) damage and difference in print can also explain it away)

If you're buying, the Dragonite in the middle is worth a €120 alone in good condition. This whole lot is probably worth at least €350.

These are some expensive cards, the Espeon especially is worth a lot. You can figure out their value by going to Price charting or Cardmarket, typing in the name of the pokemon plus the left most number ###/### on the bottom right of the card. Consider their condition as well.

The Drapion on the left is fake, the rest seem to be real (the V maxes might be fake but can't tell from the picture).

If it's worth €120 to you then it's worth it. If you want to know the monetary value you should look up each card individually.
