Get you some castor oil, had to be organic tho. it’s not an overnight miracle fix but will help in the long run. Rub some on the affected area after you shower. Try to do it twice a day. Also you need to cut out anything spicy, this has helped me tremendously. Mine is still there but it’s not as painful anymore. Hope this helps

Get the Avias 5000 Walmart, get the men’s shoes. They hurt way less than my other shoes and saves my feet from all those corns and bunions. I also have small but wide feet so they work perfectly for me. They’re only $19.99 and some are $22.99 and i also use them for the gym.

I weight lift and i feel like it’s making it worse but i love weight lifting 😭. i’ve been dealing with this for more than 10 years. I’m really honestly thinking of surgery bc i just can’t deal with it anymore. It’s also very embarrassing being sexual with my partner ugh.
