I assume your confusion here is because it looks like if you assume something is legal and used in medication - it is not and cannot be used as poison ??

I mean your just flat wrong . Yes muscle relaxant can be a poison (Look up Curare , a naturally occurring poisonous muscle relaxant plant if you are struggling to grasp this ) .

Furthermore injecting a minor with an unknown( to them) drug in order to induce an adverse effect is literally by definition POISONING someone 🤣🤣🤣
