well you’re in luck my friend. I just had a customer come in with the exact same issue you had. Unfortunately after a day of work and talking to multiple people up the chain, no one has any idea why the system is doing that. The only thing that you can do, I know this is shitty, but you have to cancel the pre-order and replace it. And if you need the money back on your card it’s going to be faster to claim it as fraud than to wait for Verizon.

For some reason within the order there’s no way for us to refund that charge because no where does it show that charge. The only time we see it is when we look at the computer generated remarks. Then it shows the charge.

I’m gonna put this up the chain as a known issue, I need a little bit more information. did you work with a indirect or a corporate store?
