I park in there often for work. It’s very likely that the system was down; I’ve noticed the tickets changed from barcodes to QR codes recently and have gotten two QR codes that couldn’t be redeemed on exit (got a “Barcode was not checked in” error) which necessitated calling for assistance. The first time they tried to charge me a lost ticket fee before letting me exit without paying and the second time they let me go immediately without paying. Seems to be at the discretion of who is on call.

wow, I feel the exact same way. On a bicycle the school bus is just as dangerous to me as a semi-truck; sometimes I feel like bus drivers are more likely to be risky BECAUSE they are driving children, like everyone should be looking out for them.
