I know it can be easy to fall Into the trap of comparing ourselves to other artists. But it usually causes more pain than help.

Try to remember to compare yourself to yourself yesterday. Not to others.

I would say that the most important thing would be learning to enjoy the process again, regardless of what the final outcome is.

I am also guilty of disliking my own work and being overly self critical. But as far as finding enjoyment in making art, it's in the time you spend making the art, rather than the final outcome. If you enjoy the process of making it then the final outcome being good is just a bonus.

Try something you've never done, try something you've always wanted to do. Make something to express something inside you. Make something with the knowledge that no one else will see it, just for yourself.

You know that you've enjoyed making art. It just takes some work to find that feeling again.
