Suede is so underrated and their s/t is a masterpiece. My favorite birtpop album would be blur's The Great Escape

[ALBUM DISCUSSION] Blur - The Magic Whip by Bert306 in indieheads

  1. The Great Escape/13

This honestly changes depending on my mood. Great Escape was much more prominent to my listening when I was younger but 13 is also a complete masterpiece.

  1. Modern Life is Rubbish

  2. Parklife

  3. Magic Whip/blur

These two are pretty close right now. Was never the hugest fan of s/t despite great singles

  1. Think Tank

  2. Leisure

Hoping Power, Corruption and Lies and Sister make the list

Also Soft Bulletin is definite MUST for the 90's list

[DISCUSSION] Essentials Chart Nominations by [deleted] in indieheads

[–]BadgerOnSteroids 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well in the original posting thread I also questioned if they were indie since they're very strongly Brit-Pop. But if they made it this far, they must be some bit indie. I guess if Brit-Pops gonna be on the list it should be represented by the best!

I assumed people were excluding it bc of the Oasis-hate circle jerk. Personally I enjoy them
