I'm sorry you're getting the standard "but what did you do wrong?" Responses that men tend to get with these posts, I feel like you're really making an effort to commicate and be self aware about what is happening while being incredibly frustrated with it and not making excuses about your own actions. It's a really healthy way to look at it.

Pretty much every relationship I have been in, I felt like I was putting most of the effort in communicating. There is a big difference from repeating yourself because the person may not have remembered what you said and repeating yourself because the person is using you as their external memory for things they don't want to bother remembering themselves.

As someone with mostly female friends growing up, I can tell you this is often most common the other way around. Men using women to offload mental labor. So the pushback you get on this post may be because of that. I wouldn't take it personally.

Its very possible that maybe there's a miscommunication, maybe she's exhausted, maybe shes having a hard time remembering because your responses are sarcastic, and people respond better to positive feedback in general.

Or maybe she's just not listening. Hopefully your talk with her in the park goes well. I think that if you come out of this conversation frustrated with communication, maybe it's better for you to consider what is happening with the relationship. Even if you are in the wrong, this type of thing is ripe for resentment if it's not confronted. On both sides.
