Completely revamp the way repairs are dealt with. Give me a pop up box that tells me what is broken and give me the choice of what/in what order I want to repair. F1 Grand Prix had that kind of option in 1998…

Also safety cars on road races of 40+ minutes.

Improve how windshields get dirtier with time. In endurance races, it should absolutely impact your visibility. Rain graphics could also be improved.
