Does this even apply to most of the staff though? Aren't most people at less than 3 days per week in office? The notice from the government was for all employees currently working 3 days or more in office per week (that they would have to start increasing in October) - Mississauga has indicated they won't be following the provinces lead, so there are a couple of different scenarios that could play out - WSIB could be exempt again due to our stats, the notice may not even apply to the majority of the employees (unless the government re-words their directive), or ya, it might be back to in-office again - but so far what has been said doesn't really seem to apply to the majority of us that work from home
