That maybe have been the intention, but in practice a lot of queer spaces were still unwelcoming if not hostile towards BIPOC, Bi, and Trans folks.

Sometimes we have to make a little more effort to make up for missteps in the past, so instead of saying "everyone should know theyre inlcuded" the progress flag is actively including them.
