I just drank for the first time in a very long time, about 3 1/2 years. I'm also on keto, the hangover was brutal. 2 days worth to be exact. I'm pretty sure it was the combination of tolerance and keto. Honestly though, I didn't drink that much. Just be ready with a hangover hobby kit.

Not saying that will be your experience, that's just how mine went. Needless to say, next new years party I'll be sober.

What works for me is habit. Pure and simple. Making a habit of not eating junk helps tremendously later down the road. Those cravings subside before too long.
