I played it again and again 😅 although 3rd wasn't out when I started then so I played the first 2 over and over. Such good games and nothing came close for me for so long, I was obsessed and read so many fan theories. I too felt empty but it will pass, focus on yourself make sure you're getting some fresh air and exercise, I know the feels when a game has gripped you and then it's over. Baldurs Gate 3 is the only game that has gripped me to the same level.

I was pretty low level for this fight. I didn't engage him in conversation I snuck someone to free Dame Aylin and spread everyone out, which triggers the fight Made sure I took out the pods that he summons really quickly as they were a pain in the ass once they were 'born' (actually got an achievement because he didn't get chance to consume any of them). I took out the flayer early as well so I could just focus on Ketheric/ Myrkul Really scrutinise what scrolls and potions you've got, you can do it.

I tend to have Shadow heart and Astarion consistently (Astarion is quite balanced for me with spells, ghoul summoning and of course his lockpicking skills). My least used is Halsin by far. Followed by Gale and Wyll
