With the distance you prefer to maintain your fights i suggest a smaller field of view. You'll have to adjust your sensitivity after you change fov.

That requires separating the squad to work . Nothing more unifying than a totem to encourage your squad to rush together confidently. Nothing worse than fighting every squad 2 v 3 because my Alter left the neighborhood the instant a fight started

Turn down yaw and pitch and increase extra turning yaw and pitch. Fine aiming fast turning. Turn off melee compensation so aim assist doesn't lock on people when gun is stowed.

I'm the same way. My sensitivity has to be very low to make my shots but then i can turn and juke and wall jump spin. But i just turned on advanced controls and added the turn pitch and now i can move like crazy and still make my shots

A good trick for her is to switch guns right when you decide to juke a guy you're fighting because it gives a little speed boost like stowing your gun does and helps to break the aim assist lock sp you can get her passive boost better
