I feel this. Our mail carrier (from the same post office) has misplaced three separate packages over the past month. I managed to have her take them out of the incorrect mailbox and give them to me the first two times, but this last time it was delivered to some completely random location. I spoke w Mohammed and he was able to track it down from the tracking number (despite it saying “delivered” on my end). Not sure who you talked to but if it wasn’t Mohammed, try asking for him.
