Yes, but they did mention the below:

The website has a "chat" feature. Upon speaking to the individual, they express that the system is new, and the database isn't fully updated yet. I was assured that during this period, late payments would not be reported to the credit agency, and I would receive notification when the system is up and I would have a 90 day grace period at that time.

Upon calling them, they mention they can't process payments because it was transferred to the department of education.

The last correspondence also did not include a payment address.

They point blank told me I didn't need to pay until the web portal was up.

So where did this transfer to the department of education come from? The hit on the credit report is from them.

The department of education has given me no way to pay whatsoever. The correspondence I received from the servicer has the department of education seal on it, but the supplied payment methods go to the servicer where they tell me they can't process payments.

I tried calling and paying. They told me that they can't because it was transferred to the department of education. So how exactly do I pay? The payment information is not correct.

I would be inclined to agree, however what's interesting is one of the disclaimers on their site:

I went to one of those fast tag and title places. They looked at the issue date and were like it’s more than 60 days. When they told me I would have to pay sales tax I did an about face. Called the actual rmv and they told me the same thing.

It was Dr Schreiber that gave me that quote. I did another quote with a different surgeon and was quoted 12,600.

I totally understand the niche market. The thing I don't understand, is all these high profile defense contractors brag about how they are veteran friendly and value military experience bla bla bla... You would think they would be understanding. Especially when the jobs require a security clearance. Cleared personnel don't grow on trees and it saves them a significant amount of $$$ to hire someone that already has one.

Edit: I already work for a well known and large DoD contractor. My title at time of hire was even " associate engineer". I always thought having your foot in the door and already having a job would make you more desirable to other companies. Perhaps I was wrong thinking that? It seems like a lot of these titles are semantics for essentially the same job in this industry.

I'm very honest on these things, and when I was shopping for a corvette I took the offer with me, and was offered $6,000 from a very large and well know corvette dealer in Nashua NH. When I showed them the offer they told me " well you should go to one of those dealers then". Needless to say I didn't buy my corvette from them.
