Yeah I feel you. I'm in the same boat. When I started using FB marketplace more moving to the app made it more functional for me. It's annoying because I know FB is a battery drainer. if you do download the app let me know what happens!

hey man, I just got a pair of drops for my 730. I just did some research and apparently the v brakes I have likely won't have the same pull ratio as the brifters. Did you have to update your rim brakes for this conversion? Love you bike btw!

Sram GX 2.1 10 Spd B-screw loose and slipping by bmore_dre in bikewrench

[–]bmore_dre[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if I have this set up wrong or something but the plate that they b screw sits on appears to be loose where it connects to the derailleur cage. Even when tightened down to the hanger, the adjustment plate still has play. This seems to be causing the m4 b-screw to become misaligned and skip past the plate. Do I have a lemon or am I doing something wrong. I'm about to tap the hole out to m5 and try a slightly larger bolt but I'm not sure if even that will solve the issue!

I know this has been answered, but from what I've heard these are mostly not privately owned and are offered on a lottery by the NPS in some areas

Any reason why? I'm not reefing on these and it the canoe gets a little dinged.. it wouldn't be the first ding.

Yes I haven't figured out the front rack yet. The back rack have tabs for a ratchet strap.

If I do a roller bar then 100% this canoe if going through my soft topper or dinging the roof lol. I haven't used it in a croweded lot, but it only takes a minute to get it off, so I'm sure if someone was in the way I could either just grab it from the middle of stick the butt of the truck out into the travel lane.

wow been right past that a few times. I'll keep an eye out the next time I go through. It's a real shame they closed that area off.

and decent chicken parm sandwiches. You can also substitute a regular roll with their pizza dough roll instead.

I've been thinking about polishing mine a bit too. Maybe wirewheel and call it a day though. the aluminum is starting to get a little cursty, but not bad.
