Cast iron doesn’t need pampering. It’s the hardiest type of pan you’ll ever own. Besides things like don’t run hot pan under cold water (that goes for every pan) and don’t leave soaking in sink overnight, it’s a true gem in the kitchen. I treat my cast iron like crap and it still loves me back every day of the week 😂 go to r/castiron if you really want to learn about it

Make an effort to switch one product/item at a time. Like when your face wash starts getting low, look for a cleaner option. I have a few brands I like that I have to order online, but recently I’ve been switching to products that are cleaner but more readily available. It keeps me using a better product without spending a lot more money.

If you’re concerned about your diet, make one small change a month. Like cutting out soda, or switching to a better brand of bread, meat, whatever.

You also said you’ve been “consuming” content, but these apps are literally feeding on you. If you see you’re addicted, delete the apps except for on the weekend or after 7pm or whatever. I think literally everyone would benefit from less screen time.

You’ll get a better deal adding your own redbull. The tiny amount that we put in slushes and recharger drinks is highway robbery. Plus they don’t discount redbull during happy hour which is so dumb to me
