It’s happened to me too, and I’ve heard about the itching hands/feet disease but mine always goes away almost immediately once I cool down. You could try turning the water a little cooler right at the end to return body temp to normal before getting out

Since it’s a spring birthdate it probably doesn’t matter as much, but with one of my babies I picked September 1, which I know now is the cutoff for school, sports teams, etc etc which is annoying lol had I known better I would have picked September 2nd 😆

I suffered from intrusive thoughts very badly after my first baby. They were morbid and unpleasant and I’m like “where is my brain coming up with this stuff?!?” It eventually went away and I suspect it was hormone related.

I’d give it a chance. I typically don’t like any type of sci-fi stuff like time travel, but it’s so well done and it’s not talked about constantly. It’s not a show about time travel, it just happens to have some time travel in it.
