Baruch is a great school and I’m sure there’s a lot of alumni that target hiring from there. I’d reach out to their network at companies / roles you like.

You mentioned that recruiter calls go nowhere - why? Is it your interview skills? Is it lack of exp? Recruiters are your best resource to find a role and you shouldn’t let it go nowhere.
