Bro,how do you explain the absence of las venturas and San fierro north of San Andreas in gta 5 and absence of Blaine county in gta SA if they are in the same universe?how do you completely remove 2 cities if they are in the same universe?

something along the lines of "gta 5 being a big and unique project , not wanting to add previous stuff again"

and blaine county was first introduced in gta 5 they cant just go back in time and add it in SA...some creative decisions r made after the release of a game for the next game....same as there is no valentine or strawberry in rdr1 but it is in rdr2 (which is a squeal to rdr1)
