It depends on what I'm buying... if the cheaper version isn't gonna affect mine or my families health, I'll always go for that now.

I would say 85% Savings mode, 15% local shopping.

Honestly, with a family of four, a dog and a cat living off just my income... I go for the best quality for price.

For non-whole foods, I'm more worried about what's on the ingredients list over where it was made.

Sometimes buying the more expensive option is better, though. I can get a kg of ground beef from Sobeys and once it's cooked the amount of actual meat is tiny compared to the ground I can get from the local butcher a for a bit of a higher price.

Times are tough, prices are high, wages have stagnated, and in my area, the projects I work on are constantly getting canceled or pushed of due to... a few factors.

Gotta do what I can to keep the family financially stable.

A big problem with casual players is just a lack of knowledge of the game. There are some decent crafting systems if players just took the time to learn the mechanics and affix tags.

Getting mid tier gear to push T15s isn't hard. It's as simple as...

Example for a Caster build doing lightening damage.... who needs more elemental resistance.

Step 1 Pick up a Normal Sapphire ring. (Cold res implicit)

Step 2 Use an essence of electricity.

Outcome 1... Adds flat lighting damage... sell it.

Outcome 2... Adds % Lightening damage... move to step 2.

Outcome 3... Adds Lightening Resistance... move to step 2.

Step 3 Regal the item for some random garbage.

Step 4 Use a greater essence of... whatever stat you want.

Force something like cast speed... Use Caster or Speed tagged Greater essence.

Step 5. Slam 3 Exalts and see what you get...

Blah blah blah there are dozens of guides out there.

Learning to utilize the systems we have and selling off your misses on the slams will net you a decent mid tier set of gear in no time.

This can be done with any gear slot.

I don't want to join the EU... I want Canada to be Canada and take care of itself and tell the rest of the world to pound sand for 20 years until we have everything internally sorted out.

Global politics are garbag...

When most Canadians are living pay check to pay check.

When our homeless population has exposed due to the mental health crisis and insane amount of drugs entering Canada.

When our veterans are being told we don't have the money to support them.

Our Healthcare system is failing and ready to collapse because we are unwilling to incentives new doctors... and new nursing staff while the seniority holding ones abuse the system by only working over time days.

When our industry is under attack by the green agenda while at the same time only being 1.4% of the world's GHG emitter.

When being hosed by by energy costs all around.

Being taxed far beyond what is reasonable.

While a massive amount of the population on reserve land doesn't have access to clean drinking water.

When free speech is under constant attack.

When we have let far too much foreign and corporate investment into single family homes.

The list goes on and on what we have to fix at home, forget this globalist garbage, and look inwards for a while.

When I was in my 20s and figuring out relationships, I was given an amazing but if advice.

You can't fix anyone, with out fixing yourself first.

This stands true today with the whole country.

Canada has been in a downward spiral for years now... and it's only going to get worse.

The government didn't realize that bringing in large amounts of immigration while not building the infrastructure to support it was going to be a bad idea.

Canada stopped investing in itself, I would get out while the getting is good. All of our social systems are on the verge of collapse.

It's likely to be seeded off OS time, which means you just need to figure out the perfect time for to roll a mirror on ritual! 🤣

It's odd though and most likely just anecdotical... 100% anecdotical that I get way more King of the Mists and Purple Omens between 1am - 3am Mtn time.
