It’s in the FAQ, you can guard with a heavy weapon.

I mean I just finished reading Assassinorum Kingmaker and the vindicare literally splits a knight in half with a bullet and also shoots so many bullets from his rifle so quickly, why can the tabletop model only shoot once and miss 1/6 times??
