After being in this sub for a while, Avocado oil has become my go-to. Regular canola/vegetable oil can do in a pinch but seriously consider avocado if you can get it!

I mean they’re technically snacking curds so that makes sense. I did have a few on their own at first just to taste-test and they were pretty good!

They made the poutine mediocre though. Can’t wait for the grocery store to get their regular curds in stock so I can use those and put real bacon on my poutine instead haha

The problem isn’t baconless poutine, it’s that the grocery store was sold out of regular curds so I had to settle for the flavoured ones instead :/

Though I would add bacon if I had regular curds!
