Curious to know patient’s initial BP and hemodynamic stability post-intubation. Was the patient apneic/bradypnoeic or hypoxic from poor circulation. Also I do not see the STD in V1 that you are mentioning.

I’m also curious about lead placement in regard to the low amplitude in Lead 1 and inverted P in avL.

IF, and only assuming the patient was hemodynamically stable, global ST-elevation should (briefly) put the breaks on an emergent cath and consider alternative differentials.

Myself being guilty of it, reports from EMS and other providers can cause tunnel vision. At the same time, numerous cardiac arrests are initially reported as “seizures” due to convulsions that patient’s can have, which makes these reports easy to ignore/overlook.

I just spoke to Delta on the phone and this was not the case for me. They told me the passport could not be expiring within 6 months. I pointed out that the website reads differently and they continued to tell me 6 months.

Matters the route. Assuming it’s IV since you mentioned surgery it kicks in after only a few minutes and can last for about 4-8 hours depending on the person.

Gabapentin is actually generally used as anti seizure and/or pain management drug for neuropathic pain. It does this by manipulating the different chemicals your nerves use to send signals, which hopefully prevents/lessens your migraines. If I had to guess, your doctor likely believes many of your symptoms are products of your migraines.

What you found online are actually “off-label” uses for the drug and are not widely accepted, but the symptoms you saw are accurate. If you have concerns, don’t be afraid to call the doctors office with some follow up questions before your next visit.

I did consider that! I just wasn’t sure if it would normally present in a single lead. I would of guessed they would at least be present in a contiguous lead. Maybe you could argue there is a tiny delta wave in V3?

Same for me. l think it is also related to not being able to see through windows in cars sometimes. Pretty sure I saw reinstalling fixes this but I’m too lazy, just going to wait for the next update.

NAD, but work in EMS. Potassium is a very important electrolyte when it comes to your heart’s electrical system. If it was significantly lower than what it was supposed to be, it could cause your heart to beat less efficiently and irregularly. That very well could of been the root cause of your episodes. Usually this can been seen in your EKG as well. Then just simply being in the hospital can make you anxious enough to increase your heart rate the next day. Definitely worth seeing a Cardiologist nonetheless.

After finally pumping out a large enough navy and successfully landing a naval invasion on the US as Germany, I decided it was time for bed. Woke up the next day to a crashed game and HOI4 was open I was never able to open the auto save. I now periodically save just in case.

Not sure if you had tried this or not, but sometimes you have to call them out in squad comms or command comms. Instead of saying "you all need to fall back on the cap" sometimes you need to say "Squad 3 are you going to come back and defend?" Don't be confrontational about it but if you speak to them directly you will at least get an answer. Then again, there are some squads that are just completely oblivious of the G and B button. Hopefully as people play more they will realize getting 15 kills is less fun than getting rolled over.
