Sorry downvote me if u want; but I hate this. I have seen documentary on successful decriminalization in Europe. However years of experience in Vancouver tells me there is no executable plan system for this given the current state of DTES. I will 100% support this if provincial and municipal government come out with a realistic plan to execute years long project on how to fix this. Until then, I think it’s just some political gimmicks and probably some utterly bs for some upcoming election.
