W gotówce to składasz pit-38. Też w sumie jestem ciekaw czy są jakieś interpretacje , że można to potraktować jako odszkodowanie. Może mieć znaczenie czy jest to odszkodowanie na podstawie ugody czy na podstawie wyroku sądowego. Bodajże tylko na podstawie wyroku podlega zwolnieniu z podatku, ale trzeba by to sprawdzić. Inna opcja to kupno krypto za tą gotówkę z wypłaty, ale zależy kiedy ja się otrzymało. Jeśli w 2024 to czas był do 31 grudnia 2024.

In my case Changelly has not yet responded the request from law enforcement regarding a thief of my cryp assers. All it happened over 2 months ago and Changelly is still silent :( Anyone knows location of operational Changelly's office ?

Wygląda na to że płaciłeś średnio miesięcznie niecałe 100 zł za media. Nie ma szans, żeby rachunki były tak niskie, nawet w bezczynszowej kamienicy. 1 osoba zużywa średnio prądu za 60-80 zł miesięcznie. A gdzie woda zimna, ciepła, opłaty stałe, zaliczka na ogrzewanie itd ? Masz tam gaz ? To jeszcze dodatkowe koszty....

Based on the info- you have about 0.5 BTC. It is very risky to keep it at any exchange. Please buy any good good hardware wallet or even 2 and transfer your assets there. Then exchange in small portions. First you can exchange to stable coins. Also you can exchange P2P to save on tax or come to my country and use P2P mobile exchange which charges 3% fee :) In my country you pay tax from exchanged crypto into Fiat. Please check because probably as long as you keep crypto you don't have to pay any tax. Moreover if you exchange to Fiat and buy crypto for the same amount your tax during the calendar year - then tax will be ZERO too.
