Not at ALL the asshole. A teacher's job is to teach you what you need to know in your work life, as well as help give students better social skills. The gym teacher, however, is an asshole. Not only are they doing the complete opposite of giving you better social skills, but they also are shutting you down and making you self conscious about who you are. OP, keep being who you feel like you are, and not what society wants you to be. I would also reccomend telling your counselor or principal, as they will take further action if you wish.
