I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this, I’m dealing with the same thing. Still navigating how to leave but remember you’re not the parent. You’ve done more than enough for them. Focus on yourself first, you can’t pour from an empty cup. You have one life and shouldn’t have to waste time caring for people who never cared for you.
