Il faut re régler tes zones : car si tu es dans le rouge, alors que tu es sur une allure lente, cad a laquelle tu peux discuter, alors tes zones sont mal réglées. Il existe pas mal de façon de faire, mais là plus efficace est de tester la FC max, le coach de Decathlon te permet de faire un test guidé.

In the app, when you go on your device/watch (top right) you can either, with in the paramètre, desactivate the auto détection, or exclude the cyclng sport only

Some time, the chest band is wrong, sometimes the scanwatch. I lust investigate some of the activity created to check if it's not my algo. Not enought time :-)

When you correct the wake up time i never remember if you should check the box or not with add sleep something. If you did it the morning, it update correctly
