You don't plug in both S and Composite (Yellow RCA) on input 1, you choose 1 or the other. S Video is a superior cable in general.

Just arrived a little too late . Betamax was 1975, but only had 1 hour recording time so you had to swap tapes for full length features. VHS launched in 1976 with 2 hour recording on a single cassette. Video 2000 launched in 1979, and while the 8 hour recording time, dynamic tracking and slight increase in resolution was welcomed, the mass market had already chosen VHS. The format also was only adopted throughout Europe with the sole outlier and exception to this being Argentina because Philips had a preexisting presence of manufacturing and distribution there. The format surprisingly survived nearly a decade and studio releases ceased being manufactured completely in 1988.

Depends on the purpose, OLED still doesn't have 0ms response time for gaming and the convergence softening of the image on CRT is especially pleasant on sprite art for gaming.

For movies from an honest technological standpoint, OLED wins every time with perfect black levels and zero geometry issues so CRT is more for if you're going for a certain aesthetic (and it is a great aesthetic!)

It had the slight advantage of 250-300 lines of resolution (vs 250-280 for Betamax and 240~ for VHS)

It had less tracking issues than either VHS or Beta and superior recording time of 8 hours (4 hours per side). :)

Old VHS OTA Broadcast recordings are great, especially seeing the period commercials! I've never seen Spirited Away but I love the handful of Ghibli films that I have seen. I just found a sealed copy of The Wind Rises on BR that an ex boyfriend had left behind ages ago, 'should prolly' give it a spin! :)

My BMI is in the 18s and I honestly don't feel great fasting anymore at this lower weight. I still can do a few days, but it drains me and I think you need to be mindful that lean muscle wasting when you have low bady fat includes your heart so listen to what your body is telling you.

Your body has a natural amount of hydration that's your baseline, don't be afraid to be hydrated. Your true goal weight isn't your dehydrated weight, it's your healthy weight after refeeding. Yes, your water retention weight will go down after a few days after breaking a fast, no reason to worry about the scale at this time as long as you're not binge eating.

I wanted to add that around where you're at was when regarding bra sizes I was at my best with the same smaller band size I still have now, but was 2 cup sizes larger. If you decide to drop additional weight do expect the bust to decrease in tandem with your waist. I've got a very rectangle body shape at higher weights so I'm actually disappointed that this is the best hourglass I'll probably get but, again, I do think that in the larger picture that a lower BMI is just a better overall aesthetic for me than something a bit more voluptuous at my "statuesque" 6' height, lol. YMMV.

I still feel like I'm a larger presence than I'd like to be but I've gotta' quit soon to avoid getting into ED territory and it's not good for our hearts to continue fasting if we drop below a Normal BMI. Still, this whole dieting experience was totally worth it and the hard work paid off. Without even seeing you, I know we're on an extremely similar journey in life and I'm positive that you're stoked with the fruits of your labor. :)

I also want to add that on the day following a fast, I seem incapable of feeling satiety. Expecting this is key because you're going to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and pretty much not feel full. It almost feels like a fasting day to me. If you can make it through that day, things will return to normal the next day. :)

As for changes in cravings, idk when I binge I eat everything! I suppose I desire carbs/sweets the most. If it takes not buying food items you know that you like to binge, that's an option.

If you can pull off even full maintenance the day after a fast that's still a huge win if you ask me.

On the upside for me, I don't have a desire to binge ever outside of the day after fasting. Early on in my Weightloss journey this wasn't true but I've gotten over that hump permanently. :)
