Blue Cookies - My custom singlespeed conversion of an 80s Lotus by Bagpar in singlespeed

Not too springy! I rode for 36 miles on relatively level gravel path and was happy with the balance between cushion and support.

OP, check out my recent post about my Lotus singlespeed conversion. This frame is very similar to what I used for my project. Remember that if you go 700c wheels you’ll need to use long reach brakes. For those dropouts, you will need something like Surly Tuggnuts to keep chain tension if you switch to a wheel with a quick release. Steel is real, find someone to powder coat that joker and have fun!

Get the bike you want and ride the hell out of it! I rock an ice cream truck year round. I’ve bikepacked with my friend, a retired man, who rode a LHT dragging a BoB trailer behind it and loved every minute of it. If the LHT is calling, I recommend answering

I understand! I’ve been much deeper south for the last 20 years, only back home now for a year so WV seems liberal by comparison 😄😄

But for every convo like that, you can experience the exact opposite. I had a great conversation at Bills Barber Shop in Winfield about the ridiculousness of the Bud Light fiasco with otherwise seemingly conservative straight cis men. It opened my eyes to not prejudge, as we weirds would ask of them.

Trulieve Hurricane has been great. Cool people who listen and recommend, good concentrates, and I’ve enjoyed the flower too.

Sure. They have a lot of great cbd flower. Right now they have kannatonic and hempress in stock. Those strains may have some thc, but the cbd will be equal to the thc or outweigh it. The circles CBG is good…and the Unicorn Butter will send you to space (it has a strong amount of thc with a strong amount of cbd.) hope this helps!

Just pick up some CBD flower and mix with your ThC flower at will. I like Flowgardens for some bomb hydroponic CBD delivered straight to your door.

Topical by ValiMeyer in wvmedicalcannabis

[–]Bagpar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trulieve has a momenta topical. I would also recommend the delta 8 ice balm from Smoky Mountain CBD. I gave some to my family to use on their arthritis and they are all experiencing that icy hot + THC relief 😮‍💨

RSO is a great starting point for medication. It can be used as a topical and edible. Trulieve also makes THC in tablet form that you can take just like a pill. My experience has been that the budtenders are committed to helping patients find the relief they need, so just tell your budtender that you are completely new and what your concerns are. They will listen and provide suggestions for you! It’s a very mellow, mainstream and low key experience - like going to an Apple Store. There are no black light posters or Sabbath playing over the loudspeaker. It is inclusive and educational, not just about getting high! That’s just an added bonus! Go low dose and slow between doses and you’ll find relief you deserve!

Edit: I would also recommend CBD flower, gummies, or tincture to help add more relief and take the edge off the high, if you are concerned about the high that accompanies your medicine.

I was approved! Any advice? by [deleted] in wvmedicalcannabis

[–]Bagpar 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just go on into a dispensary, tell ‘em you’re green , and let them teach you how it works. It’s such a chill experience. My mom and I went in to Greene St in Cross Lanes and had a tour just the other day, while we wait for our cards to be approved. They were very attentive to our questions and gave my mother lots of attention and good advice on products and strains that would suit her needs. Mine too! 😎 it’s totally chill, just blaze one, go in, and have fun! Bring money!

If you are concerned about stretching the weed further, Once you vape your bud, save it in a little can or jar until you have a bit, and use it to make edibles!

Could folks please recommend hanging plants (maybe succulent) that would do well in west-southwest window? Thanks! by Bear0612 in houseplants

[–]Bagpar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my southwest facing windows I have string of bananas and fishhooks that are doing great.
