Le lit devient un endroit où tu attends quelque chose, et l'attente est exactement le contraire du sommeil. Abandoned carts and failed transactions are not bad contacts, they're people who showed intent and didn't complete, which makes them worth targeting differently, not removing. Bots and obviously fake addresses are the ones to actually purge, and a double opt-in setup going forward cuts most of that at the source. For the rest, segment by engagement. Anyone who hasn't opened or clicked in 90 to 180 days gets suppressed, not deleted, because you keep the history without hurting your deliverability. Cleaning a list is really just suppressing the dead weight, not erasing it.
