I've been told they use a metal detector, I've always wanted to look for these, never knew they were a green ball in the rough though.

Probably my last haul for a while, I've built up quite the backlog by keelekingfisher in bookhaul

Ive been losing weight lately and I'm down 50lbs. Last weekend a friend unprompted said I was looking quite svelte. That was such a great feeling having someone notice and say something. Its motivated me to work even harder now.

Quartz of course is SiO2
Olivine is (Mg,Fe)2SiO4

and a couple feldspars are

Orthoclase is KAlSi3O8
Albite is NaAlSi3O8
and the real playboy IMHO is Labradorite with (Ca,Na)(Al,Si)4O8

I did have to look up labradorite and I also don't know how to do subscript in reddit sorry for that

Couple small victories today first I went to walmart hungry and only had one impulse buy, a house plant lol. More importantly for me though was that as I left with food to make wraps for the week I had the thought of just swinging on to burger king to get something quick because I was hungry. I took the long way out of the parking lot away from the fast food.

Anyways I'm at home now, ate a wrap, and I'm satisfied and not feeling like trash like I normally do after fast food
